Manuel F. Gonzalez, President & CEO, brings 26 years’ experience in managing oilfield, refinery and petrochemical waste projects from domestic and international assignments. Manny has a strong background in regulatory, technical sales and business develoment. He is dedicated to providing exceptional treatment, recycling and disposal services to the E&P industry while maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.
Irvin Kleespies, VP Sales & Customer Service, is a 33-year industry veteran. His contribution is to develop sales and service policies and procedures to ensure superior customer service and satisfaction. Irvin leads a team of professional sales and customer service representatives who have unmatched experience and expertise to offer USLL customers.
Wayne Crawley, VP Environmental, Health & Safety, has 28 years’ experience working with E&P waste management and with land treatment systems. Wayne has primary responsibility for the regulatory activities for USLL facilities to ensure that they continue their excellent record of environmental compliance.
Kevin Trahan, VP Louisiana Land Division, has managed USLL operations for 20 years and has 25 years of service to the E&P industry. Kevin leads the USLL field organization in maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental performance and ethical business practices. He is also responsible for fostering good community relations and for ensuring USLL has a positive impact everywhere it conducts operations.
Kevin M. Matte, VP Marine Division, has three years’ experience managing USLL operations and 19 years’ experience in the HS&E and Risk Management fields. His focus is on developing, implementing and maintaining programs that ensure compliance with the industry’s highest standards of health, safety and environmental performance as well as meeting or exceeding our customers’ HS&E expectations.
William R. Maak, CPA, VP Finance, has 25 years’ experience in accounting and financial experience in various industries. His focus is on maintaining and improving USLL’s solid balance sheet and financial stability. Bill is responsible for maintaining strong financial relationships with banks and lenders, outside auditors, as well as customers and vendors.
Glenna G. Pierpont, VP Human Resources, brings 25 years’ experience in human resources management in the oil and gas, software development and nonprofit industries as a strategic member of corporate leadership teams. Glenna has strong expertise in the design, development and implementation of human resources, servicing management and employees, with a proven focus on people strategies while maintaining the highest business ethics and compliance standards.
William F. Werdenberg, Executive Chairman, served as President & CEO of USLL from 2004 to 2008. He brings to USLL 28 years of experience gained from several national and international oilfield and technology management and strategy consulting assignments. Willi is committed to supporting the management team and improving the Company’s ability to take care of the environment through professional management of E&P waste.
